Disclaimer — No Warranty and No Liability

LexiVirt is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory — including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or non-infringement.

You install and operate this software entirely at your own risk and on your own responsibility. LexiVirt creates, modifies and deletes virtual machines, disk images and system configuration on servers that you control. Misconfiguration, hardware failure, software defects or misuse can result in the loss or corruption of data and in service downtime. You are solely responsible for backups, for securing and updating your servers and network, for access control, and for complying with every law and licence that applies to you and to the guest operating systems you run.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the authors, contributors and operators of LexiVirt accept no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with this software, its installation, its use, its inability to be used, or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The installer downloads third-party components (operating-system images, packages and libraries) from their own publishers. Those components are governed by their own licences and warranties, and are not covered by anything stated here. Nothing on this site is professional, legal or security advice.

If any part of this notice is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force, and liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law. If you do not accept these terms, do not download, install or use LexiVirt.
